Inspirational Song

There are so many things going on in the world that influence our children in so many ways. A lot of those things have an extremely negative effect and there are some things that have a very positive effect. This song titled "Pave A New Road" highlights some of the things that are going on around us all and how they affect us. And the artist, Eric Roberson, sings this song with such passion and the lyrics are truly heartfelt. You can feel his concern for the world and its people come through the lyrics. I hope that this song inspires all of you who may listen.

Aren't you ALL excited about returning to school?!! OK, some of you?!!... One of you?!! :) Well, the Miracle of Faith family wishes all of you a safe and successful school year. The beginning of this school year means new faces, new teachers, new experiences, and for some of you possibly a new building or a whole new environment!! Wow, that sounds so exciting!!! We will continue to pray for ALL of you and provide guidance for you when you are in need. And when you feel like you are hitting a little rough spot on one of those SURPRISE quizzes or spelling test, or maybe you've confronted an obstacle or two... always remember Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Male Dance Troupe

Miracle of Faith has a great Youth Ministry. Recently several of our male youth were brought together to form the Male Dance Troupe. The interpretive dances performed by these young men will have you on the edge of your seat while simultaneously touching your soul. Come to Miracle of Faith to catch this troupe in action.

Academics at Miracle of Faith

Education is something that is approached with a very serious attitude at Miracle of Faith. Our church body consists of several individuals who are or were a part of the education/school system and they encourage our young people to always do well in school and we even have programs set up for those who may be in need of assistance in doing better in the classroom. Several of our youth are enrolled in universities throughout the state and throughout the country and God has blessed these young people with wonderful minds and talents. We want to highlight those students and give a small description about what they are doing within the walls of each respective university.

- Virginia University of Lynchburgh

Marcella Alston, daughter of Deacon Roger Alston, is in her freshman year at Virginia University of Lynchburgh, majoring in Criminal Justice/Sociology. She is a multi-talented young lady who possesses a great singing voice. We at MOF pray for her success.

- Bridgewater College
Audrey Benton is in her freshman year at Bridgewater College. She is a very intelligent young lady who excels academically and she has been blessed with the opportunity to expand on her knowledge. We pray for her continued success as well.

- Tidewater Community College
Michael Sutton is a student attending Tidewater Community College. The MOF family will pray for you as you keep striving to achieve your higher level of education.

- Ferrum College

Monte Battle, daughter of Sister Andrea Battle-Coffer, is a freshman at Ferrum College majoring in Mass Communications. This is another one of MOFs multi-talented young ladies and she uses her talents to the fullest of her God-given capability. We pray for her continued success.

- Norfolk State University
Waneysha Bazemore, daughter of Alice Bazemore is attending Norfolk State University. Academic achievement has always been an area of excellence for Wanesha, and we at MOF pray that she will be continually blessed with such great ability.

- Marshall University
Devin Arrington, son of Deacon Marvin Arrington, is attending Marshall Unviversity in West Virginia on a football scholarship. He is a redshirt-Freshman on the Marshall University football team. We look forward to him doing some great things on the field next season and we will all pray for his success.

- University of Virginia
Ras-I Dowling is attending the University of Virginia on a football scholarship. He is a sophomore and judging by the reports from a few football sites and his play on national TV, he is doing quite well. We pray for your continued success Ras-I.
